TAPPEO responds to the EU’s priorities of inclusion, diversity, and digital transformation by strengthening preschool education. The project’s objectives are both ambitious and practical, aiming to make early childhood education more equitable, innovative, and attractive for teachers and learners alike.

Transforming Early Primary and Preschool Education Across Europe

WP1 – Project Management

Ensures smooth coordination, effective communication, and quality assurance across all project partners, guaranteeing that objectives are achieved on time and within scope.

 

WP3 – Teacher Training


Designs and delivers training modules, workshops, and materials tailored to both pre-service and in-service preschool educators, enhancing digital and inclusive teaching skills.

 

WP5 – Community & Dissemination


Builds a vibrant teacher community through Moodle, shares project outcomes via publications and events, and organises conferences to maximise visibility and impact.

 

Work Packages

All project activities are organised into specific Work Packages (WPs), each contributing to TAPPEO’s overall mission. Together, they ensure effective coordination, impactful results, and long-term sustainability for inclusive preschool education across Europe.

WP2 – Research


Collects evidence through literature reviews and teacher-led action research, delivering practical strategies for multilingual and inclusive classroom practices.

 

WP4 – Learning Tools


Develops innovative digital and AI-based tools, along with creative classroom resources, to support plurilingual education and effective teaching methods.
